Every morning, first-year student Taiki Inomata rushes to his high school gym to sharpen his badminton skills. However, his real motivation lies in sharing the otherwise empty gym with second-year Chinatsu Kano, his crush and the star of the girls’ basketball team. Though she seems distant, Taiki gradually finds chances to get closer to her.

Unaware of Taiki’s admiration, Chinatsu draws inspiration from his dedication, pushing herself to pursue her own goals. When her family unexpectedly moves overseas for work, she chooses to stay in Japan and strive for victory at the national level. With nowhere to live, she is welcomed into Taiki’s home, as their mothers are longtime friends. Overwhelmed by the sudden reality of living with the girl he loves, Taiki sets his sights on reaching the nationals in his own sport—hoping to grow closer to Chinatsu along the way.

Despite catching his coach’s attention, Taiki faces a tough challenge to secure a spot on the starting team. Encouraged by both Chinatsu and his childhood friend, gymnast Hina Chouno, he pushes himself to prove his worth among his formidable upperclassmen.

Lacking what many consider the most crucial advantage in basketball, Sora Kurumatani has long struggled with his short stature since first falling in love with the sport. Even without this physical benefit, Sora’s relentless determination has never allowed his height to define his potential. He firmly believes in giving his all and training tirelessly to prove his worth on the court.

Hoping to fulfill his mother’s wishes, Sora enrolls at Kuzuryuu High School with the goal of joining the basketball club and competing seriously in tournaments. Instead, he is disheartened to discover that the boys’ basketball team has become little more than a hangout for delinquents with no real interest in the game. He also learns that the brothers Chiaki and Momoharu Hanazono, whom he befriends, have likewise lost the passion they once held for basketball.

Refusing to give up, Sora challenges the team members to a game, where his speed, agility, and quick footwork completely outclass them. Moved by Sora’s remarkable skill, unwavering effort, and deep love for basketball, the boys slowly begin to rediscover the passion they had long since abandoned.

In a peaceful countryside town, all attention on the local junior high school soccer team is focused on a single player: Ashito Aoi. Renowned for his erratic techniques and selfish style of play, Ashito serves as the driving force behind his team’s run in a crucial high school preliminary tournament. However, their momentum comes to an abrupt halt when a provocation causes Ashito to lose his composure and lash out, leading to his expulsion from the match.

Stripped of their ace, the team is swiftly knocked out of the tournament. Just when Ashito feels his dreams slipping away, he is scouted by Tatsuya Fukuda, a youth team coach who recognizes his hidden potential and offers him a chance to attend tryouts in Tokyo. Thrown into an unfamiliar environment and surrounded by gifted players, Ashito must push himself to his limits to prove his worth and seize an opportunity that could change his life forever.

Yoichi Isagi was just seconds away from scoring the goal that would have carried his high school soccer team to the national tournament, but a last-moment choice to pass the ball to a teammate shattered that chance. Frustrated, uncertain, and disappointed, Isagi can’t help but question whether everything would have turned out differently had he taken the shot himself. Upon returning home, he finds an unexpected invitation from the Japan Football Union. Through a seemingly arbitrary and biased selection process, Isagi becomes one of three hundred under-18 strikers chosen for a radical program known as Blue Lock.

The project’s ultimate objective is to forge a single striker worthy of leading the Japanese national team. To identify the best among them, each hidden talent must battle others in intense individual and team challenges, all in pursuit of the top position. Setting aside his moral doubts about the program, Isagi resolves to push forward and fight his way upward—even if it means mercilessly shattering the dreams of the other 299 hopeful strikers.

Captain Tsubasa narrates the fervent tale of a young elementary school student whose entire world revolves around his deep passion for soccer. At the age of 11, Tsubasa Oozora initiates his soccer journey, initially a casual pastime for his friends but evolving into a profound fixation for him.

In his pursuit of realizing his dream with the skills of an elementary schooler, Tsubasa relocates with his mother to Nankatsu city, renowned for its exceptional elementary school soccer teams. Despite being the standout player in his previous town, the move exposes him to a heightened level of competition in Nankatsu, demanding that he employ all his abilities to distinguish himself among his new peers.

In this unfamiliar setting, Tsubasa not only faces rivals but also forges new connections, including Sanae Nakazawa, an attractive girl, and Genzo Wakabayashi, a gifted goalkeeper who shares Tsubasa’s unwavering passion. Wakabayashi becomes an invaluable ally, supporting Tsubasa on his journey towards realizing his aspirations. While Tsubasa’s ultimate goal is to represent Japan in the FIFA World Cup, he soon discovers that achieving this dream requires more than just innate talent.

After an errant pitch marks the end of Eijun Sawamura’s middle school baseball journey, he and his teammates, fueled by frustration, make a pact to reach the national tournament in high school. However, their plans take an unexpected turn when a scout, impressed by Eijun’s unique pitching style, extends an invitation to the prestigious Seidou High School in Tokyo. Embracing the challenge and motivated by his peers, Eijun joins the school with the aspiration to elevate his skills and compete at a higher level.

Transitioning into Seidou, Eijun is confronted by a multitude of skilled players, making it challenging for him to carve out his niche on the team. Despite the competition, he boldly asserts his ambition to become the team’s ace. This goal, however, hinges on surpassing fellow first-year Satoru Furuya, whose blistering fastballs secure him a coveted spot in the starting lineup. As these promising players augment an already formidable roster, the Seidou baseball team sets its sights on claiming the title of the best in Japan, gearing up to confront formidable adversaries blocking their path to success.
