Spending his time half-heartedly dabbling in dubious paranormal research with the Occult Club, high school student Yuuji Itadori divides his days between the clubroom and the hospital, where he regularly visits his hospitalized grandfather. This easygoing routine is soon shattered when Yuuji unknowingly comes into contact with a cursed object. By swallowing it, he sets off a series of supernatural events and is abruptly thrown into the world of Curses—monstrous entities born from human hatred and negative emotions. The object turns out to be a severed finger of Sukuna Ryoumen, the infamous King of Curses.

Through these events, Yuuji directly witnesses the danger Curses pose to humanity and awakens strange powers within himself. Brought to the Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School, he steps onto a one-way path, beginning his life as a Jujutsu sorcerer—a fate from which there is no turning back.

No, Jujutsu Kaisen doesn’t have any filler episodes. The anime was faithfully adapted from the manga. Additionally, the movie Jujutsu Kaisen 0: The Movie is canon, as it is based on the manga Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School, which was originally intended to be a short four-chapter story.

Many ages in the past, humanity faced near-extinction as monstrous humanoid beings known as Titans ruthlessly slaughtered them. Fearing for their lives, humans sought refuge behind colossal concentric walls. What heightened the terror of these giants was not just their hunger for human flesh, but a seemingly sadistic pleasure derived from it. In a bid for survival, the remnants of humanity took shelter within defensive barriers, enjoying a century of peace without encountering any Titans. However, this fragile tranquility is shattered when a colossal Titan breaches the supposedly impregnable outer wall, reigniting the battle for survival against these man-eating monsters.

After experiencing a devastating personal loss at the hands of the invading Titans, Eren Yeager commits himself to their extermination. He enlists in the Survey Corps, an elite military unit tasked with confronting the merciless Titans beyond the protective walls. Eren, along with his adopted sister Mikasa Ackerman and childhood friend Armin Arlert, becomes part of the brutal war against the Titans, racing against time to uncover a method to defeat them before the last remaining walls are breached.

Crime remains a constant throughout time. In the year 2071, humanity has expanded its presence across the galaxy, populating other planets with settlements reminiscent of those on Earth. However, these burgeoning societies are grappling with familiar issues such as murder, drug abuse, and theft, prompting the pursuit of intergalactic outlaws by an increasing number of formidable bounty hunters.

Spike Spiegel and Jet Black navigate the vastness of space, chasing criminals to eke out a modest livelihood. Despite Spike’s carefree and seemingly indifferent demeanor, he carries the burden of a violent past that haunts him. Simultaneously, Jet grapples with his own troubled memories while tending to Spike and maintaining their ship, the Bebop. The duo is joined by the alluring con artist Faye Valentine, the eccentric child Edward Wong Hau Pepelu Tivrusky IV, and Ein, a bioengineered Welsh Corgi.

As the Bebop crew forges connections and endeavors to apprehend a diverse array of criminals, their lives are disrupted by a threat from Spike’s history. Amidst the unraveling of a rival’s maniacal scheme, Spike is confronted with the choice between a life with his newfound family or seeking revenge for old wounds.
