After the ending of her beloved romance manga, Fuuko Izumo decides she has reached the end of her lonely and painful existence, having long resigned herself to never experiencing the kind of passionate love found in fiction. Burdened by the curse of “unluck,” anyone who comes into physical contact with Fuuko is doomed to suffer horrific and unpredictable misfortune.

While most people would flee from such danger without hesitation, Undead thinks differently. An immortal man gifted with extraordinary regenerative abilities, he has spent his existence longing for death—only to be denied it time and again. When fate brings them together, Undead recognizes Fuuko’s curse as a possible means to finally achieve the end he desires.

However, before Undead can draw out the full strength of Fuuko’s unluck to deliver a fatal blow, the pair must first survive relentless attacks from a ruthless secret organization determined to eliminate all individuals with supernatural powers.
