Two and a half years have passed since Naruto Uzumaki departed from Konohagakure, the Hidden Leaf Village, to undergo harsh training after events that ignited his drive to grow stronger. Now, Akatsuki, a shadowy organization made up of powerful rogue ninja, is moving closer to executing its ultimate scheme—one that could endanger the entire shinobi world.
Despite having matured and with dark times approaching, Naruto’s core personality remains mostly the same: loud, energetic, and somewhat childish. However, he has gained greater confidence and an unshakable resolve to defend his friends and his home. No matter what obstacles arise, Naruto will continue to fight for what matters most to him, even if it means pushing his own body to the limit, as the story of the boy who dreams of becoming Hokage moves forward.

What Naruto Shippuden Filler Worth Watching?
Although the filler episodes do not add anything to the story and do not interfere with its plot, some are worth watching because they are entertaining. The best filler episodes are:
- Episodes 54 to 71: These are not all fillers, as they include Naruto’s wind training that did occur in the manga. They tell a little about Asuma’s past when he was considered one of the Twelve Ninja Guardians.
- Episodes 279 to 182, 284 to 295, and 303 to 320: These somewhat complement the Fourth Shinobi World War, integrating some villains who were not relevant after the Impure World Reincarnation activated by Kabuto.
- Episodes 349 to 361: These focus on Kakashi Hatake’s background in Anbu, while also exploring the backgrounds of others such as Yamato and Itachi Uchiha.
